I couldn’t wait to post this review! I just had my first visit as a new patient at zen dental. After several years of letting dentist-anxiety get in the way, I took a leap and made an appointment here and boy am I glad I did. My dental anxiety has been with me forever - when I was a kid my parents couldn’t even tell me I had an appointment coming or I would be an anxious mess for weeks, so finding a new dentist has been daunting and scary. I mentioned ahead of time in my paperwork that I’m a huge baby when it comes to the dentist, and have a lot of anxiety. I was glad there was an option to express that but didn’t really expect it to make a difference. But when I showed up today I could tell my comfort was their absolute priority. The office is beautiful and calming. The staff greeted me with such kindness I felt like I’d known them forever - even the people who weren’t treating me today said hi when I was walking back. The hygienist told me everything she was doing and checked in repeatedly to make sure I was doing ok, and she even gave me a “stop” signal for if I needed a break. I was so at-ease and comfortable the whole time. The doctor was thorough and calm in her review and explanations, which I so appreciated. They took great care of my teeth and my mind. It meant so much to me that the team took the time to make sure I was really comfortable, and honestly it went so well that I can’t believe I was ever nervous about it. I never thought I’d see the day but I’m actually looking forward to my next appointment. THANK YOU, Zen Dental team!!

I just saw Dr. Gu, the new owner of this practice. She is incredibly gentle, kind, and knowledgeable. She explained what was happening and going to happen very carefully. I highly recommend her. Her friendly presence has also affected the entire office. Since she has taken over, everyone's way of interacting with patients has become incredibly friendly and caring. I am very impressed so far.

It’s nice to go to a doctor’s office where everyone is happy and have beautiful smiles including the dentist herself. :) Dr.Gu has great hands and her work ethics speaks for itself. The equipment is very clean, disinfection and sterilization are done well, and the lady at the front desk and the nurse are very considerate. Dr. Gu is very professional, patient and gentle. I love my experience at Zen Dental! After my regular dental exam, office scheduled two extra deep cleaning with me, the front desk is super friendly and booking is very convenient. I would love to recommend Zen Dental to all my families and my friends. I enrolled my 13 years old here too, she is going through the braces now, this office is able to identify many small cavities before they turn really bad! Everything was taken care of in a seamless way! What a relief!
