Appointment Requests and Cancellation

To make an appointment, please contact our office by phone or email. We welcome emergency calls and appointments, as well as accommodate every new patient.

It is a general rule, however, that you provide us with at least 24 hours’ notice if you are unable to turn up for an appointment. The notice gives us an opportunity to offer the slot to someone else. We may charge a fee if a patient fails to show up for an appointment without notice.
